MLSvideo is pleased to announce the addition of "full service" real estate agent representation to our existing "flat fee" service model. This offering compliments our existing flat fee listing package for those who want to handle the negotiation, contracts, title and escrow themselves. It will in no way affect us continuing to offer a flat fee package representing sellers.

As of today, Michelle Franz will be handling our full service offerings. Michelle has been involved for several years in real estate including but not limited to property management, investing, lease abstracting, and developing. She has been involved with selling and buying several residences which has given her hands-on experience in the real estate field. In addition, she has very strong tax and accounting experience which will help assist all MLSvideo clients with real estate related tax issues.

As we have grown and represented many sellers who prefer to handle much of the work themselves we have noticed that some still prefer to have more assistance. They would like to have a full service agent to work with throughout the entire real estate transaction. We are primarily expanding into full service to provide agent services for the numerous buyers we come across.
